2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

Smart Home Security Pro's provides expert installation of state-of-the-art security hardware. All materials provided, including software interfaces, deter technology protocols, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of Smart Home Security Pro's or our technology partners like Vivint. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the installed systems for personal or authorized business security purposes in compliance with all applicable privacy laws.

• Users are strictly prohibited from tampering with, bypassing, or attempting to reverse engineer the 4k camera deter technology, power-driven doorbell cams, or Element Thermostat software.
• The use of provided security hardware for any unlawful purpose, including unauthorized surveillance that violates GDPR, CCPA, or local wiretapping and privacy statutes, is strictly forbidden.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or lease the professional installation services, proprietary configuration settings, or technical documentation provided by our technicians to any third party.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services and hardware are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While our 4k camera systems and Kwikset Doorlocks are designed to significantly enhance home safety, Smart Home Security Pro's does not warrant that the services will prevent all unauthorized intrusions, fires, or emergencies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Home Security Pro's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property loss or data breaches, resulting from system failures or unauthorized third-party access.
